Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to aPlaced Houseparent living and working with the same group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
