PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent when sharing the same student home. The role requires a legally married couple (both spouses age 27+), a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, willingness to live on campus, and adherence to campus rules including no alcohol, smoke-free and weapon-free policies, and pet limitations. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
