Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. The position requires a two-person, legally married couple (both ages 27+), with on-campus housing, nine days on/three days off initially, and relocation assistance. Salary per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits; total compensation per couple ~ $168,000.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
