PA Specialist

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After starting in nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, the team will transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; compensation includes salary per person plus housing and meals on duty. Requires experience with youth, strong character, and the ability to work as a two-person team in a high-commitment residential setting.
