Job Summary
PA Specialist role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Two spouses reside in on-campus student homes to care for and mentor a group of 8–13 students, supervise daily routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and manage household budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then progresses to a placed houseparent arrangement living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse employment application requirement
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Spouses age 27 or older
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
