Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents providing supervision, care, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with continued housing and supervision in the same student home. The position offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions as part of total compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
