PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role located on campus to care for groups of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, activities planning, daily devotions, and Chapel attendance. Couples reside in student homes, work a nine-on/three-off cycle, and may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, budgeting and reporting, and creating a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with driving certification, youth experience, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply independently and be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
