PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home.
