Job Summary
Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance to approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. They start with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; able to serve as role models
