PA Specialist

Two-person married-couple role at Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, supervision, and support, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with a progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a per-person salary of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and meet housing and safety requirements; high school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; no alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; proselytizing prohibited.
