Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include base salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home

- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
