PA Specialist

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents located on-campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; administering medications; driving students to activities; planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance; overseeing household routines, budgeting, and reporting; with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role.
