Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents sought to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple (both spouses must apply) aged 27 or older.
