Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on an on-campus student home, delivering daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a career path from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent and an on-campus living arrangement. This role requires a legally married couple for at least two years who are both aged 27+, with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to participate in relocation and paid training. Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement savings, PTO, and housing/utilities. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel attendance
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
