Job Summary
PA Specialist role: Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students while managing routines, medications, transportation, activities, and devotions. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then transitions to a stable placed Houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Employment includes salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Proven experience working or volunteering with youth
