PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from flexible assignments to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a committed, smoke-free, weapon-free campus lifestyle. Schedule initially is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual long-term placement with the same student group. Location: Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
