Job Summary
Full-time on-campus Flex Houseparents are a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students. They provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and time off; salary per person is $44,768 (total for couple ~ $168,000 with housing and meals). Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
