Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and guide 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and managing a nine-on/three-off schedule with a transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation for a couple (~$168,000) plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include youth-work experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a requirement that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
