Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home as a placed Houseparent; comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person couple role; married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
