Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide care, supervision, and guidance. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially rotating through multiple homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and PTO; qualifications require youth-related experience, high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; both spouses must complete individual applications and be age 27 or older.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
