PA Specialist

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and planning daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
