PA Specialist

PA Specialist: A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, daily routines, medications administration, transportation to activities, and leading spiritual activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement in the same student home.
