PA Specialist

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, and engage in activities that promote academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
