PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents role for a legally married two-person couple living in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, managing household routines, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually.
