Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and chapel. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Two-year marriage requirement for couple role
