PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School’s campus supervise and mentor a group of ~8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and guiding students’ spiritual life with daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They manage household routines, budgeting, and reporting, and will initially cover multiple homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student home.
