PA Specialist

PA Specialist role described as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel attendance. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent with same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training and housing provisions. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, moral and safety constraints (smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol prohibited on duty), and a commitment to Christian chapel activities.
