PA Specialist

PA Specialist role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of about 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living and working in the same home.
