Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person, married-couple role providing care, supervision, and mentorship to ~8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off initial schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
