PA Specialist

Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
