Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Manage household routines, student schedules, and budgeting; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; support transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. This two-person role for legally married couples requires a commitment to a structured, family-like environment, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, and includes relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lead students in devotions and attend Chapel services
