PA Specialist

Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work within a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits.
