Job Summary
Two-person married couples sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
