Job Summary
PA Specialist role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and relocation assistance. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-spouse requirement, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to lead devotional activities on campus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
