PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a dedicated student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and a valid U.S. driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and a limited pet policy.
