Job Summary
Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and feeding support. Monitor vital signs, report changes to the nursing team, and assist with daily living activities like bathing and dressing. Collaborate on individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient records. Maintain current PA CNA certification and ability to lift and transfer residents. Weekend premiums, evening differentials, and CNA training reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active PA CNA Certification
