Provide Scientific Research-Based Instruction to students with special needs in small group settings using data-driven methods. Co-teach with general education teachers to deliver specialized instruction in the general education classroom. Progress monitor and assess student progress against instructional objectives and individualized goals while acting as the IEP Case Manager. Manage assigned students by producing invitations, procedural safeguards, IEP drafts, and NoRep documents, then hold annual IEP meetings. Communicate with parents and IEP teams daily, weekly, and monthly to provide updated reports and comments on student progress. Document all family interactions in SIS and attend grade-level professional development. Maintain positive relationships with students and families while actively participating in the Caring School Community, PBIS, and school-wide initiatives. Adhere to compliance dates and departmental assignments.
