Job Summary
8th grade English Language Arts teacher responsible for creating curriculum resources and aligning curriculum with PSSA Assessment Anchors; collaborates with grade-level team to coordinate school-wide efforts, develops scope and sequence aligned to state standards, creates weekly lesson plans, grades and provides timely feedback, communicates with families, coordinates with ESL and special education teachers, builds positive relationships with students, and participates in after-school events to support student safety and well-being.
