Create a scope and sequence aligned with PSSA Assessment Anchors and develop weekly lesson plans coordinated with the grade level team. Grade student work and provide timely feedback while communicating progress to families. Coordinate with ESL and special education teachers to support school-wide goals. Build positive relationships with students, attend after-school events as needed, and ensure student safety. This 10-month full-time role at First Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School supports the Caring School Community Model to foster social and emotional learning.
