Create a scope and sequence aligned with PSSA Assessment Anchors and develop weekly lesson plans coordinated with the grade level team. Grade student work and provide timely feedback while communicating progress to families and school-wide expectations to the team. Coordinate with ESL and special education teachers to support scholars, ensuring their safety and well-being. Build and maintain positive relations with students through the Caring School Community Model, fostering social and emotional learning skills. Attend after-school events as needed and adhere to a 10-month full-time schedule.
