Provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities in the general education classroom by co-teaching with general education teachers. Deliver scientific research-based instruction to students with special needs in small group settings using data-driven methods. Progress monitor and assess student progress against instructional objectives and individualized goals while serving as an IEP Case Manager. Manage assigned students by following state-mandated procedures, including producing invitations, procedural safeguards, IEP drafts, and NoRep documents, while holding annual IEP meetings. Communicate with parents and IEP teams daily, weekly, and monthly to provide updated reports and comments on student progress. Document all family communications in SIS and actively participate in Caring School Community, PBIS, and other school-wide initiatives.
