Create weekly lesson plans aligned to state standards and current curriculum in coordination with the grade level team. Develop a scope and sequence that aligns with PSSA Assessment Anchors and grade student work to provide timely feedback. Communicate with families about progress and collaborate with ESL and special education teachers to support scholars. Build positive relations with students and attend after-school events as needed. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the Caring School Community Model. This 10-month full-time role supports equity and excellence at Tacony Academy Charter School.
