PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple including housing, meals, and utilities), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications: experience with youth, two-year married status, spouses aged 27+, up to three dependent children, smoke- and weapon-free campus, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED.
