Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be at least 27 years old and legally married for at least two years.
