Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of students, including medication administration, scheduling, activity planning, and spiritual activities such as daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from initial placement in different student homes to a Placed Houseparent position living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and PTO.
Required Qualifications
