PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple (~$168,000), comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older; the role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
