PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, a high school diploma or GED, and the requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.
