PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA (and placement homes in Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH) to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmentally and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role in time. The role requires a pair of spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both age 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
