PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on an on-campus student home, serving a group of approximately 8–13 students, with responsibilities including daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance. The position begins with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle and can transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; on-duty housing and meals are included. This is a two-person, on-campus caregiving role focused on student well-being and development, with strict campus guidelines (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol).
