Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: married couples living in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off duty pattern transitioning to a placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and able to lift 50 lbs; HS diploma or GED required. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
